RIST has been imparting excellent education in the field of Science & Technology. To bring income generating opportunities for the populace it has undertaken various vocational training programs with the sole objective as listed below:
To develop entrepreneurial quality among the youth through vocational/technical training so that these youth can make a living of their own.
To develop relevant basic skills and non-formal education through work and services
To create new skills among rural youth through which villages can become self-reliant.
To provide a means of sustenance to the underprivileged populace.
To make people job worthy and professional in the field of their work.
Vocational training program shall be undertaken in the following areas in a phased manner:

These income generating trainings will take care of the much needed pecuniary support of the members of the youth groups and thereby ensure their continuance of self sustenance and thereby economic growth of the area.
