From Airport:The nearest Airport is LGB Airport, Guwahati which is only 40km form the Campus. Airport Transfer: Taxi & Autorikshaw services are available at Guwahati Airport.

From Rail Head:Guwahati is the nearest railway station, which is about 15 km from the campus. Regular Auto and Bus services are available from the Railway Station.

From Shillong

By Road: Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, is only 85 km to the RIST Campus. SUMO services and bus is available at regular interval for Shillong till CRPF Group Centre, 9th Mile. From there share Auto is available to the College.
