INDOMITABLE PERFORMANCE OF RISTians IN STATE LEVEL PROJECT COMPETITIONS FOR ENGINEERING STUDENTS
04th May, 2017 144The first prize with cash amount of Rs10, 000.00 goes to Civil Engineering 6th semester and the third prize with cash amount of Rs 6000.00 goes to 8th semester, Electrical & Electronics Engineering of RIST.
After showing the indomitable performances in a series of occasions, the students of RIST have, yet again, proved their potential by bagging BOTH FIRST AND THIRD PRIZE IN THE STATE LEVEL PROJECT COMPETITIONS FOR ENGINEERING STUDENTS organized by Akhil Bharatiya Vidarthi Parisad(ABVP) at Assam Engineering College, Guwahati on 3rd and 4th May 2017.
The first prize with cash amount of Rs10, 000.00 goes to Civil Engineering 6th semester and the third prize with cash amount of Rs 6000.00 goes to 8th semester, Electrical & Electronics Engineering of RIST along with mementos and certificates.
Several Engineering and polytechnic institutes of the state participated in the competitions where RGI got second prize.
The event was graced by Hon’ble Chairman, AICTE Prof. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Dr Mridul Hazarika, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Guwahati and host of other dignitaries including Er.Tana Nikam Tara, Member AICTE, NER, Dr. K.N Goyal, Dr. Bhaveshwar Tombram, Dr Atul Bora, Director of Technical Education from Gujrat, Manipur and Assam respectively.
