National Science Day celebrated at RIST

Around eighty numbers of Science models based on technology & innovation were displayed by young and budding engineers of Regional Institute of Science & Technology at the Techno City campus of 9th mile on the occasion of National Science Day on 28th February, 2015. The model exhibition was inaugurated by Padmashree Dr. Mehmoodur Rehman, the former Vice Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University. Later, Dr. Kulendu Pathak, former Vice Chancellor of Dibrugarh University judged those models prepared by students of Civil, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical & Computer Science Engineering. He had highly appreciated these unique efforts made by the upcoming engineers. Among them, an extraordinary model was made by the students of Civil engineering which is the replica of the world's tallest tower - the Burj Khalifa of Dubai.
